Administrative Assistant – Lincoln
Position Location: Lincoln – Human Resources Department
Hours: 32 hrs./wk. (schedule TBD); eligible for full-time benefits
Primary duties:
Assists with the following activities:
- Payroll processing
- Benefits administration
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Formatting and tracking of policies
- On-boarding and off-boarding of employees and students
- Tracking and monitoring of employee licenses, certifications, education, and trainings
- Tracking of evaluations
- Tracking of incident reports and patient complaints
- Gathering data for audits, references, and other purposes
- Gathering information and maintenance of medical staff credentialing files
- Preparation and distribution of Board of Director meeting packets
- Board meeting minutes and other assigned Board meeting duties
- Tracking of employee injuries and worker’s compensation reporting
- Coordination of HAN events
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with monthly reconciliations
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as requested; may assist other members of the leadership team with projects
Qualifications:
- Must be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Health care experience preferred
- Business office /administrative assistant experience required
- Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required
