Dear HAN Patients:
On December 2, 2019 Health Access Network, Inc. converted our electronic health records system. Clinical record information was converted from our previous system to our new electronic health records system. Unfortunately, none of the financial information could be converted to the new system.
What this means to you:
Patient Statements – There were no patient statements sent to you in December 2019. In late January/February 2020 you will begin to see patient statements mailed to you. For the immediate time being there will be two patient statements: One for all activity prior to December 1, 2019 and another statement for all activity on and after December 2, 2019.
Payments – We will do our best to ensure that your payments are reflected on the correct statement but there will be times where adjustments will need to be made or a transfer between statements has not yet occurred. Please notify us if you have any questions regarding statement activity.
