We are looking to grow community health center board of directors.  If you have a desire to work with other dedicated community members to help shape our health center’s future, then we encourage you to complete the application included below:

This is a volunteer role with the goal of supporting our mission, vision and values.  Interested applicants need to:

1. Utilize one of HAN’s many services.
2. Have no immediate family member(s) employed at HAN or for you to be a HAN employee.
3. Reside in the communities HAN serves, particularly in Lee and Enfield to help ensure our board remains reflective and representative of all of the communities we serve.
4. Be able to meet monthly, generally on the last Wednesday of the month, beginning at 3:30PM.

HAN would like to recognize Susan Bailey, RN, who retired from our Board of Directors in May 2024 after serving for 21 years!  On behalf of our Board, our staff, and our community, thank you, Sue!!

HAN would also like to recognize Evelyn Harrison (served from July 2021 – June 2024), and Sara Heald-Langevin (served from July 2023 – November 2024) for supporting our health center and the patients we serve.
