Billing Assistance

As a courtesy, HAN will bill your insurance company for all services rendered. We bill all commercial insurances, as well as MaineCare and Medicare, however, your insurance co-payment is required at the time of service.  If you need assistance with establishing a payment plan, or any billing related questions or clarifications, please call us at 207.794.6700, and ask to speak with a representative of our billing department.

If you do not have insurance or are underinsured, we offer a Sliding Fee Program (based on a family’s size and income), which provides reduced rates for those who qualify.  You can call us at 207.794.6700 and ask for one of our  Patient Assistant Specialists for help with any questions regarding our Sliding Fee Program.

In regards to payments, please make checks or money orders payable to ‘Health Access Network’ and mail them to the address included below.  We accept credit card payments as well and now offer the ability to pay online through our secure payment portal: Online Bill Pay
