Kevin Olsen, PA-C

Kevin Olsen, PA-C, DFAAPA, CAQ/Emergency Medicine, practices primary care at HAN’s West Enfield location.  Kevin moved to Maine from Iowa in 1987, and since his arrival has been providing emergency medicine and family practice care to the Greater Lincoln and Millinocket communities.

A graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, Kevin has been board certified since 1988, completed a certificate program in community preparedness and disaster management at the University of North Carolina, and passed the exam for certification of added qualifications in emergency medicine.  He currently is an instructor for courses in Advanced Cardiac and Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Kevin has been recognized throughout his career for his work, with  accolades including:

• Outstanding Health Care Professional Award, from Maine Association of Physician Assistants in 2014
• Service in Action Award, from the certificate program in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management at the University of North Carolina in 2010
• Outstanding Healthcare Professional, from the Downeast Association of Physician Assistants in 2009
• Distinguished Fellow of Maine, from the American Academy of Physician Assistants in 2009
